You want to have a bonding with family? The best thing to do is to travel from another places. On that picture; me and my father after mass. Oh yes, I'm a selfie person so I apologize for this photo :). I admit that Filipinos are the number one of selfies according to the news.

Lancaster in Cavite has it's good service and also has it's own securities. Aside from the price, it is worth to live in this place. Houses here are gorgeous it's up to you want to customize this home.
In this photo we are preparing foods and everything for the blessing of this house. It is our traditional way of having a home in the Philippines. This tradional way is to bring the heart of hospitality in this country.

Other neighbors also join with us in the blessing. It is a bonding time.

Meanwhile, We went to SM Mall of Asia to buy goods and some stuffs. Sorry for the picture, I don't dress that well. I'm a simple person, so just deal with it. Anyway after shopping, we went to Pizza Hut to have our dinner. The food especially the pizza and desserts are perfect.

We're on the way to China Town (Binondo Manila). You can some ethnic chinese nationality here of course. It is the oldest town in world. Built in 1954 during the Spanish colonial period.

You can buy here some chinese goods such as lucky charms, and some stuffs with feng-shui item store. And I'm it was cool when we saw chinese citizens talking in the're language. Also with the food,
buttered chicken, mix sea foods, & the sweet and sour lapu-lapu.

So visit now our country for great bonding with your family. Filipinos are very hospitality and have a warm welcome for tourists around the country.

  4. Your subdivision where you lived in looks quiet and peaceful and also the inside of your house looks like it's inviting luck because of its Chinese design :)

But there's something i notice with Lancaster estates, there's no garage to park a car or vehicle for every home...? Or there is a parking space for all residence nearby? (not pertaining to the street as parking space)
